By accessing or using Servitium's game server management platform and related services (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Services.

2. Description of services

Servitium provides a game server management ecosystem for online multiplayer games including Rust, Conan Exiles and Soulmask. Our Services include:

• Real-time server monitoring and management
• Player identity tracking and statistics
• Virtual economy and shop systems
• Raid protection mechanisms
• Discord integration and notifications
• Administrative tools and dashboards

3. User accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable use

5. Virtual currency and economy

Our Services include virtual currency systems for in-game economies. Virtual currency has no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real money. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or terminate the virtual economy system at any time. Refunds for virtual currency are at our sole discretion.

6. Data collection and privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein.

7. Intellectual property

The Services and all content, features and functionality are owned by Servitium and are protected by international copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reverse engineer any part of the Services without explicit permission.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

9. Server administration

Server owners and administrators are responsible for their server's compliance with these Terms and applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services for servers that violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior.

10. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by email or through the Services. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately.
